You should seriously consider HP Mini 311 series.

• Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit
• Intel(R) Atom(TM) Processor N280 (1.66GHz, 512KB L2, 667 Mhz FSB) with NVIDIA ION graphics
• 2GB DDR3 System Memory (1 Dimm), up to 3GB DDR3 System Memory (1 Dimm)
• 250GB 7200RPM SATA Hard Drive
• 11.6" diagonal HD LED BrightView Widescreen Display (1366 x 768)
• HP Mini Webcam
• Wireless-G Card
• HP Color Matching Keyboard
• 6 Cell Lithium Ion Battery

How about this:

"Acer AS1410"

* Dual Core 1.2 GHz Intel CULV Celeron processor
* 2 GB RAM
* Windows 7 Home Premium
* 11.6" screen with 1366 x 768 resolution
* Thin (1") and light (3.5 lbs)
* Good battery life (5 hours)
* 3 USB ports, WiFi, webcam, gigabit ethernet

The HP Mini 311 is single core and is 11.6".

The Acer AS1410 is also single core, has integrated graphics and hence isn't powerful enough to play 720p videos (I think).
